Chris Hamley TKPK5K 2012 Winner!

Congratulations to Christopher Hamley of Hyattsville for winning the 2012 Takoma Park Safe Routes To School 5K race, with a winning time of 17:31.  Chris was first place in the Men's category and first place overall.  Second place goes to Christopher Daw of Takoma Park with a time of 18:49.

First place in the Women's category is Zoe Dawson of Takoma Park, at 20:26.

Elenor Cook and Jeremy Gagnon took first place in the 10-14 year old female and male categories.  Indigo Suchar won first place in the 1-10 yo female, and Cade Boggan and Max Worley tied for first in the male category.

The Takoma Park 5K Challenge is This Sunday!

Online registration is closed.  You can REGISTER IN PERSON at Packet Pick Up at: 

• 2:00 to 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 5th at City Sports, 8510 Fenton St., Silver Spring, MD., or

• 7:00 am on Race Day at the Takoma Park Community Center 7500 Maple Ave, Takoma Park, MD.  

Please come on Saturday if possible.
